Prior to founding Gateway Title in 2010, Kim received dual baccalaureate degrees in Business Management and Administration. She has extensive background in the real estate industry, having worked in both the mortgage and title industries for more than two decades. Kim manages the day-to-day operations of the company, along with handling Escrow and Title duties. She is passionate about ensuring that all clients’ needs are met and exceeded. Her experience and knowledge in the title and escrow processes allows her to provide top-shelf service as well as resolution to sometimes tricky title issues.

Einar has been in the real estate industry for 20+ years, with a distinguished career in mortgage lending and strategic growth planning. He is the former President of the UAMB (Utah Association of Mortgage Brokers), as well as a long-time delegate to NAMB for the State of Utah. He joined Gateway Title in 2014, originally to develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the company. He has since expanded his responsibilities to include business development and operations management duties. He enjoys the can-do attitude and commitment to service that is a part of Gateway Title’s DNA. Einar enjoys the outdoors – particularly sailing – as well as local sports and music.

Kris has been in the housing industry for over 19 years. With her background as a Mortgage Loan Officer, she not only has an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, but also has both the marketing and lending experience that makes her an ideal closer. She loves working with people and has a passion for helping homeowners with their buying and selling transactions. In addition to providing great service, she is also mobile and has the flexibility to provide closings at a time and location that makes things convenient for our customers.

Alaina is our receptionist extraordinaire. She is the person who keeps the office running smoothly and greets everyone with a friendly smile. All who know her recognize her exceptional care and commitment to excellence. She enjoys assisting others in any way that she can and making every situation a pleasant experience. She also enjoys getting out into nature and rescuing animals.

As a Salt Lake City native and graduate from both Cottonwood High School and the University of Utah, Todd has a profound appreciation and understanding of Utah. He has worked in the title industry for over 35 years. Todd is responsible for title searches and closing real estate transactions, among other duties. He prides himself on getting title searches delivered in a timely manner. Todd is a friend to all, including his clients. He has been married for 43 years and has three children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys working in the yard, bike riding, spending time with grandkids, and coaching for grandkids and non-family member teams. He is passionate about sports and loves watching college football, college basketball, and football.

Dalton is our title typist and has been a part of our team for four years. He is friendly and strives to be helpful and informative with any title questions that arise. Almost every file that comes through the office goes through Dalton at one point or another. He prides himself in being accurate and with an attention to detail. He has lots of animals, likes fun outdoor activities and playing video games with friends.

Luke Oliver is one of Gateway’s awesome title assistants. With 9 years in the title industry, Luke has worked in most aspects of title work, including funding, clearing, curative, etc. Luke is recognized for being friendly and courteous and will go out of his way to ensure that you have a good title experience. He is committed to providing home buyers and owners with a clear title so they don’t have to worry about issues in the future. In his spare time he likes to listen to music, hang with friends and play games, being in nature and fly fishing, as well as watch horror movies.

Liam started in the title industry right after high school and has remained in the industry ever since while working for 4 different local title companies. He also has his real estate license and is currently studying to become an Escrow Officer. He strives to create a personal connection with each client in order to provide better service and establish meaningful relationships. He is also very trusting, especially towards Einar, who he let write this bio. Liam enjoys motorcycles, concerts and traveling.
